1. Welcome, introductions
2. 2023-24 Season run down and highlights.
3. Review of the Financials found here
4. Revised by-laws. Please review the draft revised by-laws here and provide any comments by June 24, 2024 (updated June 25th: articles of amendment found here)
5. BOD Elections
1. Call out each name of those who expressed interest in advance as a nomination. 
2. Ask for a second to that nomination. 
3. Ask if the person accepts the nomination.
4. Upon acceptance, request that each person say a few words about why they are running and what they bring to the association.
6. Voting
7. 15 Minute Break While Votes are counted.
8. Results of the Election
9. Meeting Adjournment

Members wishing to pass their vote to another member in good standing must complete this form and have the proxy presented when collecting their ballot(s) to vote on the night of the AGM.

As of June 23, 2024, the current list of board members are:

Martin Roussel - not pursuing re-election

Marc Lugert - not pursuing re-election

Katie Curran - 1st year of a 2 year term

Mijin Kim - 1st year of a 2 year term

Rich Inomata - 1st year of a 2 year term

Paola Gonzalez -2nd year of a 2 year term, not pursuing re-election

Tahlia McBane - 2nd year of a 2 year term, not pursuing re-election

As of June 23, 2024, there are 3 candidates that have come forward for a role on the board of Directors

Tim Wilshaw - expressed interest in Vice President or Marketing and Comms

Jennifer Williams - expressed interest in Treasurer

Amanda Williams - expressed interest in Registrar

Mary Ruth Endicott - expressed interest in Secretary

Olivier Cullen - expressed interest in Director House League

Terrance Oakey - expressed interest in Director Competitive
