We have a FREE intro spot at Can-Am Strength and Conditioning gym all set up for Thursday November 6th at 7:15PM. Parents are encouraged to be onsite to see what the gym does, and also, the owner of the gym will be there to answer any questions parents/coaches/staff might have about team training and youth training. His name is Adam, I have met him before and he is a class act.
