2023 OGHA Annual General Meeting

1. Season run down and Highlights.

2. Overview of the development partnership with the 67's.

3. Review of the Financials.  Financials can be viewed here.

4. Discussion and introduction of the Canteen and important Volunteer Positions needed.

5. 2022-2023 Tournament Overview. 

6. BOD Elections

1. Call out each name of those who expressed interest in advance as a nomination. 

2. Ask for a second to that nomination. 

3. Ask if the person accepts the nomination.

4. Upon acceptance, request that each person say a few words about why they are running and what they bring to the association.

7. Voting

8. 15 Minute Break While Votes are counted.

9. Results of the Election

 Members wishing to pass their vote to another member in good standing must complete this form and have the proxy presented when collecting their ballot(s) to vote on the night of the AGM.
