The Ottawa Girls Hockey Association (OGHA) is pleased to officially announce its competitive coaching roster for the 2026-27 season as preparations begin for another exciting year of girls’ hockey.
The OGHA continues to be committed to developing talented young women in a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment—one that emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game.
The success of the 2025-26 season is due in large part to the dedication and quality of our coaches and bench staff. Strong registration numbers this past season reflected that commitment, and feedback from players and families consistently highlighted the positive impact our coaches had on athlete development and team culture. We are very pleased to be able to retain many of these coaches for the upcoming season.

Finally, it is with mixed emotions that the OGHA, along with the Ottawa Ice / Ottawa 67’s AA community, acknowledges the departure of Aurele Tremblay, head coach of the U18A team for the past four seasons.
During his tenure, Aurele led the Association’s top U18 competitive team with dedication and professionalism, highlighted by OWHA Eastern League Championships in both the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons. His leadership helped foster a culture of accountability, confidence, and excellence, leaving a lasting impact on the athletes he coached.
While we are sad to see him step away, we extend our sincere gratitude for his commitment and contributions to girls’ hockey in Ottawa. On behalf of the entire OGHA membership, we wish Aurele all the best in his future endeavours and thank him for the countless hours he invested in supporting our players and our Association.
