Last-Minute Skills Development

 

This year, along with scheduled skills development for players that will be communicated in advance, OGHA will seek to maximize player development opportunities by using ice that becomes available at last minute for additional short-notice development sessions. 

 

When we have last minute ice available, we will send out an email to anyone who has indicated their interest, and take the first number of players that identify that they can join the session (usually 15 to 20 players max, depending on the type of session). Costs will be 10$ per hour of ice for the skill sessions, to help the association defray some of the costs. 

 

We will endeavour to run different types of sessions throughout the year, sometimes based on position or skill being taught (and including goalie sessions at times).
